Each policyholder (with the exceptions set forth in Article 1, letter b, of Interim Decree 215/2024) has the right to appeal to the Insurance Arbitrator through the portal available on the Arbitrator’s website (https://www.arbitroassicurativo.org/) or to avail of any other alternative dispute resolution systems provided for by applicable law.
